We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-15 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at support@tobeiconic.com
Our policy does not allow returns for change of mind, as each order is uniquely designed and manufactured separately. However, we offer a 100% money back guarantee in the event that the product is defective or damaged. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, kindly ship it back to us with your name and order number clearly indicated on the returned parcel. Once we receive the product, we will promptly process a full refund for the original purchase amount. Please note that if your package is currently in transit, we kindly request you to wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process and receiving a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you throughout the process.
You must cancel your order before it is fulfilled. If you have received the order fulfilment email then we can not cancel it.
If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@tobeiconic.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
